Fun day at the marina!

The city put in a splash pad at the waterfront. It's super nice and a great hub to entertain the kids for the afternoon. There is a skate park, stone ballon animals, a playground and beautiful paths to walk. We picked up an extra boy, because 3 kids wasn't enough ;) they had a great time and we even got ice cream ( a crazy $22) which seemed even crazier when two of the kids threw away 80% of theirs. But considering the rest of the activities were free $22 for a days entertainment seems like a good deal. They ate all of the healthier stuff I packed (muffins and fruit) so I guess they're better off to have thrown away there $4 ice cream just seems a shame to waste food though.
